*IMPORTANT INFORMATION* Our Fares Between Flagstaff and Phoenix - One Way. Adult: $34.00 / $29.00 if booked online. Child (12 and Under): $29.00 Bettween Flagstaff and Grand Canyon - One Way. Adult: $24.00 / $19.00 if booked online. Child (12 and Under): $19.00 Grand Canyon Employees: $19.00 * A $6.00 park entry fee will be assessed when entering the Grand Canyon. Exceptions include Grand Canyon Park Employees and National Parks Pass Holders (the pass must be valid for entry into the Grand Canyon). Passes and identification must be shown to the driver and may be required at the gate. See our schedule. Baggage Policy In order to ensure proper luggage space on board, a new luggage policy is being implemented. Each traveller will be allowed two pieces of luggage plus their carry on items. Additional luggage will be accommodated at $5.00 per bag provided Flagstaff Express is advised of the additional luggage requirement 24 hours in advance. We will transport bikes for an additional fee of $10.00 - resevations are required. Cancellation Policy If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, we ask that do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to cancel your reservation may result in a one way fee of $34.00 (Phoenix trips) or $24.00 (Grand Canyon trips) applied to your credit card on file. Reservations Our schedules operate daily and reservations are required. We ask that everyone make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and secure their reservation with a major credit card. Flagstaff Express reserves the right to bypass a stop if there are no reservations for that stop. Flagstaff Express reserves the right to cancel a scheduled shuttle trip due to inclement weather or other safety concerns. Additionally, while rare, Flagstaff Express reserves the right to cancel a scheduled trip if there are no reservations for that trip at least 24 hours in advance. Credit Cards Flagstaff Express accepts all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged on the day your reservation is made. To obtain a full refund, please call 928-225-2290 to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip. We ask that all reservations be secured with a credit card, however you may choose to pay cash for your trip. If paying by cash, your payment must be received at the time of pickup or the credit card used to reserve your seat will be charged. Schedule Changes While Flagstaff Express operates a daily schedule, we reserve the right to make changes to the posted schedule as our operations require. Flagstaff Express will notify all affected parties immediately upon learning of a schedule change. Private Car Services Flagstaff Express offers private car services for customers who require service that is not accommodated by our regular schedule. The service must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance and requires a 30% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable provided your reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Call 928-225-2290 or email us for more information. Door-to-Door Services Flagstaff Express is pleased to offer Door-to-Door services to our customers in the Flagstaff area for an additional fee. The fee ranges from $5.00 to $20.00. There are limited seats on each shuttle for this service and may not be available depending on operational considerations. Door-to-Door service must be arranged in advance through reservations. We are no longer providing door-to-door services in Phoenix. Group/Charter Services Flagstaff Express offers group and charter services. Group and charter servoces are designed to meet each customer's specifications ensuring the highlest level of service.
