Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, we ask that do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time except during holiday times when the cancellation requirement is 48 hours.

During the following time frames, a 48 hour cancellation request is required:
November 23, 2008 - January 15, 2009.
March 11, 2009 - January 24, 2009.
May 4, 2009 - May 15, 2009.

Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a one way fee of $34.00 (Phoenix trips) or $24.00 (Grand Canyon trips) and will be applied to your credit card on file.

You may cancel your reservations by calling Flagstaff Express at 928-225-2290, emailing us at info@flagstaffexpress.com, or online if you made your reservations online.
